Herbal Steams

Another way to start breathing easy if you're feeling under the weather is an herbal steam! The fresher the better! Here we have some rosemary, eucalyptus, and lavender. Other great additions/substitutions are thyme, citrus peels, or herbal oils if you're out of fresh herbs. And fun fact about rosemary--the scent of it is fantastic for improving your memory! So whether you're using rosemary scented lotion or adding it to an herbal steam, try to slip a little Rosmarinus officinalis into each morning.
