I made these cakes for a friend's going away party because I wanted to make something inspired by her! And since she's bright like lemon, soft like a rose, and sweet like honey--these were the cakes for her! To get that beautiful shape, I used a pan from Nordic Ware called the Honeycomb Pull-Apart Pan! And actually, the recipe I used was a slight variation of the recipe that came with the pan.
