Boy, sometimes you read the cards and sometimes the cards read you. Today's Tarot Tuesday is focused on the VI of Pentacles which I drew after a particularly exhausting day at work.
On my way home, I was talking to a coworker about how stressful and discouraging work has been, and she told me plainly that it was time to start looking for a better job--something that I actually find fulfilling.
Like most cards, the Six of Pentacles has a wide spectrum of answers for the reader. The card depicts a man giving coins to those less fortunate, and can often be read as a card representing current prosperity and wealth.
If you are in a successful place in your life, the card encourages you to give back--give to charity, volunteer your time for good causes, give back to the earth however you can.
If someone has recently asked you for help, help them! If not, seek out ways to help those around you.
Another way to read this card, that struck a nerve with me, is that it's time for change. It's time to reconnect with your creative self and pursue your dreams. Don't be afraid to indulge in self-care and the things that bring you comfort.
It's time to get back out there. Meet new people and learn from them. Find a better job that brings you more happiness and inner peace.
